SyVRAM is a deep-tech startup based in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, France, developing hybrid synaptic materials for brain-inspired artificial intelligence hardware. Founded in March 2026 by materials scientist and physicist Dr. Rashmi Rani, the company is working toward sustainable, low-power, high-performance AI systems by integrating memory and computation directly at the material level, researching neuromorphic, functional oxide thin films inspired by the efficiency of the human brain to enable on-device, privacy-preserving AI.
